Even though they’ve been honored with the industry's top accolades, El Dorado Spa Resorts had no consumer awareness. When telling their story, my team and I created a commercial that was both emotional and magical, with a script that immersed the viewer right into the resort. Another step in establishing awareness came through creating luxurious, but welcoming print ads featured in publications like Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast, and Food & Wine Magazine. Each reinforces the brand as much more than a resort, but as individual, unique experiences.
